नियम एवं शर्ते
• वर्ग 03-12 तक के छात्र-छात्राएँ इस कार्यशाला में शामिल हो सकते है।
• प्रतिभागियों को प्रशिक्षण-स्थल तक आने-जाने की व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी।
• प्रत्येक शिल्प से प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय पुरस्कार दिया जायेगा।
• कार्यशाला में शामिल होने के लिए अभिभावक की सहमति अनिवार्य होगी। सभी प्रतिभागियों को सहभागिता प्रमाण-पत्र, कला सामग्री एवं अल्पाहार निःशुल्क उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा।
• एक प्रतिभागी का एक शिल्प में ही निबंधन हो सकता है।
• पानी का बोतल, ड्राइंग बोर्ड (हार्ड बोर्ड) इत्यादि प्रतिभागी को लाना होगा।
• सभी प्रतिभागी को 05-10 जून, 2023 तक निर्धारित समय पर कार्यशाला स्थल पर उपस्थित रहना अनिवार्य होगा।
• कार्यशाला स्थल पर सभी प्रतिभागियों को शांति व्यवस्था कायम रखना एवं प्रशिक्षकों के आदेश का पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा।
• कार्यशाला में निर्मित कलाकृतियों पर उपेन्द्र महारथी शिल्प अनुसंधान संस्थान, पटना का अधिकार होगा।
• फार्म जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 31 मई, 2023 तक है।

Terms and conditions
• Students of classes 03-12 can participate in this workshop.
• Participants will have to make their own arrangements for travel to and from the training venue.
• First, second and third prize will be given in each craft.
• Parent's consent will be mandatory for attending the workshop. All the participants will be provided with participation certificate, art materials and refreshments free of cost.
• A participant can register in only one craft.
• Water bottle, drawing board (hard board) etc. will have to be brought by the participant.
• It will be mandatory for all the participants to be present at the workshop venue on the scheduled time from June 05-10, 2023.
• It will be mandatory for all participants to maintain peace and order at the workshop venue and follow the orders of the trainers.
• Upendra Maharathi Shilp Anusandhan Sansthan, Patna will have the right over the artefacts created in the workshop.
• The last date for form submission is May 31, 2023.
