Upendra Maharathi Shilp Anusandhan Sansthan provides training in 18 Crafts. Students from all over the Bihar can participate in this training program. Seats in each craft is limited.

After sucessfull completion of the courses, Students can apply for Craft Trainer/ Teacher, 3D Artist, Craft Entrepreneur/ Exporter, Can Apply for Artisan Card from Gov of India, Can Participate in the workshop organized by DC- Handicraft, Participate in the various Exhibition in India.

Course Highlight

This training program is designed to explore creativity and potential of students in various craft sectors.

AIM

Creating awareness through arts and craft of Indian culture, Student will learn to value and appreciate artifacts and images across cultures and times. Experience in design, art, and crafts enable them to reflect critically on their own work and those by others. They will learn to act and think like designers and artists, working intelligently and creatively. They will also learn about the preservation of heritage through art. A lot of the information we have now about people that lived millions of years ago came solely from art and Craft.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Group of 22 Years – 45 Years can apply

Course Fee

These all courses are free. Organization provides Rs. 1000 monthly stipends to enrolled students.

Selection Process

Organization conducts a practical test after form submission.

Hostel Facility

Rs. 1500.00 (rupees fifteen hundred) per month will be given separately for food and snacks in case of allotment of hostels to 110 women trainees from outside Patna Municipal Corporation area. An amount of Rs 2000.00 (two thousand) per month will be given to male trainees from outside Patna Municipal Corporation area for residential and food etc.
